Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lumière is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are levied once the package reaches its destination country.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lumière is not liable for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier once they have left our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@nexure.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can assist you.
